Huntingdon will win this game and they will win big. The line gets better every game and Boo and Chris will find the holes and run thru them. But, if that for some reason does not work...We'll go to the air. Mckenzie has a rough night ahead of them but boy is it gonna be fun Mustangs- 48 Rebels-14 GO MUSTANGS!!!! D 7-2A Fan
I'm not BOHICA, but I know how he thinks somewhat. #1, I doubt anyone is expecting us to STOP Boo and Chris! It's a matter of not letting them have a record book night. #2, true, Dresden did have 6 turnovers. Two of them were simply takeaways where Ball simply took the ball out of the runners hands. Two were interceptions and two were when the defense from McKenzie which as you put it "just isn't there" knocked the crap out of the ballcarrier. All of these turnovers were created by the Rebel defense. It isn't like the ballcarrier was just running down the field and dropped the ball!!!! Give me a break!! When the Mustang defense causes turnovers in a game how do you view them???? Do you view it as your defense made a big difference in the game or do you tell the other team that if they hadn't dropped the ball so much they would have beaten you?? #3, we scored 44 pts. against Dresden and won by 10 pts.. You do the math. I won't dare call a winner in this game. I'm not a fool. But, it has the makings of a good game if both teams come to play from the opening whistle to the final horn!!!!! 825755357 Yeah all that is true but you are missing my point.....dresden had 6 turnovers and STILL scored 34 points....huntingdon will run wild
plowboy
oops quick update.. McKenzie 12.. Greenfield 7 at halftime .. and they are gonna do what to Huntingdon... If they pressure Hayes, its lights out.... but, remember.. he doesn't have a cannon, its a heat seeking missile...

duckman38201
Yeah huntingdon might offer just a LITTLE more compo then the mighty yellowjackets.....what are they? 0-4 in 1-a 825756682 True but, not much more than Dresden which we beat 44-34. Sometimes teams play to their competition early in a game. An example would be the Union City-Gleason game last Friday nite. It was only 21-8 at the half and Gleason was going in to score when the half ran out. Ended 49-8. So all these "valid" points have been made to prove nothing. We can argue on here 'till Satan freezes and not prove one thing. What happens on the field Friday night will settle that for the next year or untill we meet again. duckman38201
All right ya'll. Ya' better caution everybody on these McKenzie-Huntingdon threads to walk soft. coacht is closin' 'em down faster than we can start 'em. I ain't sure why it has to be like this every year but, it's in full bloom this year. As for the game, it could be a great game or it will be completely stupid on one teams side of the ball. The latter usually happens to the Rebels but, who knows this year. Seems like both teams are suffering from some growing pains right now. I'm trying to be nice and talk about all of us's favorite game but, the ones who can't leave well enough alone will find us sooner or later. Before that happens, best of luck to both teams and I truly hope both of us come out of the game healthy. We both have too big of a region schedule ahead of us to have injuries, etc. in this game Friday.

Another quick update: McKenzie 17 Dresden 7 at halftime.. Everyone has bad showings, and McKenzie had one in the first half of the Greenfield game. You can't base your conclusion from the first half of the Greenfield game. You know the only stat that matters? The win/loss column, and McKenzie got a W, just like Huntingdon. I am a McKenzie fan and will be the first to tell you, I don't think our defense can stop Weathers and Donald. Now, I do believe we will be able to score. I know turnovers are critical in any game, but in this one, they are vital. If McKenzie's O is on, it will be closer than alot of people think. If we turn the ball over just once, and Huntingdon takes advantage, that could be the difference.
