b/f people start shooting their mouths off-

 

Temple 57- Oakdale 44

 

Temple was up 44 -20 until the 4th quarter- joey skogen, dee Newson, cramped up terribly and were out of the game- joey cramped up so badly he was stopped dead in his tracks and fell down on a pitch which oakdale recovered and ran in- for a TD

Newson couldn't play as well b/c of cramps in 4th quarter- so their goes your speed.

 

Josh smith got so sick he had to be carried off the field at the end of the game

 

Kevin smithson was 21-25 with 5 td passes and 390+ yrds.

Seth SKogen had 11 rec. for 320+ yrds.

Josh smith ran for 100 yrds.

the freshman skogen trucked some kid-

 

Seth skogen playing 80% if that on a badly spraind ankle- also slightly seperated his shoulder during the game- basically we had some of the kids mom's come out and play their spots b/c temple doesn't have but 15 people on their team...

I didn't think this game was ever going to get over.

The first quarter was almost an hour long.

I commend most of our guys for stickin it out to the end -- especially those who played the entire game and never came out. Even though the score was close in the end -- the game was never out of Temple's hands of getting the win. It was a long, hard fought game -- but I was glad when it was finally over.

 

Hope all the guys who were injured heal back in time for next weeks game.

Temple ran into some problems late in the game and Oakdale took advantage as any other team would.
