Carter should win this one. Seymour does, however; have some athletes that may pose a threat to the Hornets type of D. I know I can't prove it by the Sevier Co. game, but Seymour is not a bad ball club. My prediction: Seymour upsets Carter in a low scoring game 10 - 7. Next week Seymour goes to Pigeon Forge thinking they've conquered the world, and gets beat 13 - 6. Then the world, not to mention the region; is turned upside down. :thumb:

If your prediction is to be a reality, PF will have to play their best game of the season. None of this fumble right, fumble left, interception across the middle, interception down the field STUFF. PF has a long way to gone on offensive consistency. The Carter game proved that!

The Carter game also proved that Pigeon Forge is capable of playing with the big boys. (28-13, I believe that's as close as anyone has played the Hornets, and you could tell they were rattled going into the 4th.) I agree 100% though, that PF's offense needs to be more consistent to win in the big games. The Tigers only losses have been handed to them by themselves. Had they shown up for the first half of the Carter game the Hornets may not be expeiriencing their first loss against the Eagles.

Your last statement is so true. If the PF offense would have shown up for the first half of the Meigs Co and Carter games, I believe that they would be 5-0 right now! Also, If they had shown up for the first half of the Rutledge game the final score would have probably been 28-7, or more!

I think that you would have to admit that Carter played flat as well. Carter made several key turnovers too, that should not have happened. If these teams play 3 times Carter wins two by blowout, and the third played two weeks ago. I will admit that PF was much better than in the past, but still not what you guys are building them up to be.
