Elizabethton seems to finally have a grasp of thier game, but Central is no pushover. Again for Betsy, run defense will be key, although Central tosses the ball up in the air around 15 times per game. Betsy needs to keep spreading the field on 'O' and blitzing on 'D'.

Central can not seem to get it together. Had they done a few things different in the south game and against Tn High, this team could be playing for a .500% season. Central's Offense is going to be dependant on the run. Passing is not a good idea for the cougars. Give the ball to Miller up the middle, and toss it to clark on the outside. Let your Sr's lead you to victory.

Well 32-30,so closer than many people predicted.But it was a heck of a game,unfortunately some acts near the end overshadowed the game,but it was a great game nonetheless.I think Clarke had over 200 yards rushing for the cougars and I'm sure #21 for Betsy had at least 150.

 

So the cougars managed to hang in another game and come out on the losing end, they might be one of the best 1-8 teams theres been in a while.And Betsy proved they are one of the best teams in the conference.I wish the best of luck to betsy in the playoffs.
