I also heard last night that Camden had already printed the "Region Champs" t-shirts and were selling them. That sounds pretty embarissing to whoever decided to go ahead and print them. Also, where was Wilbanks at last night. I've read all year on here that everyone is gonna know where he is cause he's gonna be layin people down. I don't recall any big hits last night, except for the one Colley put on that reciever by the endzone.

 

 

Take my word for it, there were no "Region Champs" t-shirts printed up prior to any game...

First of all the teams like Camden and Riverside that is not use to winning championships have got to learn about being humble when you have a LITTLE success. You get on here and run down traditionally rich programs like Lewis County and you get you tails whipped. Lewis County has class and waited to show on the field what they were use to doing, and that's winning chanpionships. So live and learn that in order to talk the talk you have to walk the walk. I'm not trying to get on anyone. You should just respect your elders always even when it looks like you might be better than them once in a great while. LET THE BIG DOG HUNT!

 

We understand your Lewis County talk. Look who's still playing football on Friday nights - the Mighty Camden Lions. You can shut the deer stand down for the winter.

      One school has said it, it was York…who Oneida and many school that played them before we did claimed that they were the dirtiest bunch they’ve played. Riverside didn’t call us dirty nor did smith after they beat us. Ur only dirty if your the one giving out the whoopins.

      If it was anyone but #8 I would agree with you. Theirs a couple people on that team that probably would. Not him. And I who was standing on the 1st base line fence saw clearly that the boys foot was covering more than half the bag.

      I'm not a Powell grad.  I am a Bearden grad.   My son and daughter are Powell grads.   I did radio play by play for Powell, my last year was 2013. I also did radio play by play for South Doyle, and my last gig was at Maryville before I retired.   My oldest grandson plays in the Karns Middle program, so I see more Karns games than I do Powell these days.  I've been to 3 Powell games since 2013.   I don't have any ties to Powell, haven't since 2013.   No "y'all" there.    And the kid you are talking about does have a very good arm, but he's not the QB that Deuce Rogers is.  Rogers is a legit dual threat guy.  The younger kid now at Clinton, or about to be at Clinton, isn't the dual threat that Rogers is.
