Heelsfan247
Quote: Wow heelsfan. I could probably run off a long list of stadiums that i would consider difficult to play in. Until you've actually played in a high school football game (which is ALOT more intense than any other sport) than try and not make assumptions like that. I will retract my previous statement and my sincerest apologies to CoachLogan. Edited November 2, 2005 by Heelsfan247
The Sports Guy
Hey turtle72, would you quit posting until you learn how to write. Not only can you not win the big games, you make no sense with your posts. South Greene beat you because they were better, period. Quit crying. Maybe next year you can go to the South Greene powder puff game during Homecoming week and play. You will not get hurt there, and they may teach you to write a correct post. OK Rebel fans, leave turtle alone now! If you look closely at his latest posts, you will see that he is supporting the Rebels in this game. CAK has a great passing game! South Greene has a great pass defense and a pretty balanced offense, leaning toward the run. I stick to my guns on this one. South Greene by 10. Concussion_101
South Greene is pretty good but not many teams can stop the passing game of CAK. CAK by
turtle72
just because NGHS came to Rebel Hill and got beat 53-0, they are running their mouths again. they ran them before the game, saying they were going to shut SGHS out, but because they got beaten, they have to say they were cheated. They are just mad because several of their players were injured because they were not up to the caliber of SGHS Rebel Men Hey turtle72, would you quit posting until you learn how to write. Rebelette81
very hostile area...its so bad they put you on there side with their fans and their cheerleaders...their fans are ruthless and their team is a bunch of cut-throat cheaters...goodluck cak..oh i cant wait to face off against south greene again next year.. Hostile area? Seems to me that the all faithful Huskey fans were the ones jawin up the BALL GIRLS at that particular game. Just because SG fans are loud and into the game doesn't make them hostile, or ruthless. If you want to talk about "cut-throat cheaters" talk to the referees. That was terrible SG was getting flagged for hitting too hard towards the end. Let the boys play.
play_hard
Seriously people lets stop talking about the South Greene and North Greene stuff and look to more important things. It's playoff time and everybody knows the bar has been raised. Every team is going to have to bring it. There is no room for mistakes. I haven't seen CAK play but I have heard they have a great passing game. I do know that Rebels seem to get a lot of pressure on the quarterback and do have a good secondary. The Rebels also know how to put points on the board. Does anybody know anything about CAK's defense. I mean Laws and Scaggs are two solid hard-nosed runners. I mean if they can wear CAK down it could be a big win for the Rebels.

The CAK defense is the nastiest it has ever been(since the program began 2000). 5 linebackers that can flat out rip your head off, and a secondary that has made grown men cry. They do not wear down

dukesofhazzard
Hey Turtle 72, I have sent word to ask Coach Jones at South Greene if next year the Huskies can get an extra game. I have asked for the Huskies to play the powder puff team next year during homecoming. It will have to be approved by TSSAA but looks like it will not be a problem. They will not hit you as hard (legally) as the real Rebel team did!!!! Wait a minute, some of the girls can. Better cancel, may not have enough players for the stretch run. Never Mind!!! Was a great idea!!!
Griffin Gap Player RT#53
I would probably have to say that south greene has a better chance than most people are giving them. When they played the Gap they done pretty well stopping the passing game except for a couple plays. I think that CAK will probably have a tough time too. I think it will be close, but south greene pulls away and wins a close one.
warrior15
I think CAK will win by eather a field goal or one touchdown
Shotdoc
All I'm sayin is that CAK shouldn't overlook South Greene. Now, they may beat them by 50 and I might be wrong. If so, then I'm man enough to admit it. But South Greene was tough when CG played them and they've only gotten better as the year has went on. If CAK does beat them, it's not gonna be as easy as some have said. Just watch out is all I can tell ya. If ya overlook them, you'll be watching them play next week, because they CAN play!!!!!!
