bruins06
T.C. Jennings, Spencer Gulmire, or Gaston Miller for Mr. Football
bruins06
personally i think spencer gulmire is the best football player in the state. First of all his stats explain it all. last year having over 2,000 and this year running for this year his stats are 1531 on 178 carries. Averaging 8.7 yards a carry with 25 tds. OR nole
personally i think spencer gulmire is the best football player in the state. First of all his stats explain it all. last year having over 2,000 and this year running for this year his stats are 1531 on 178 carries. Averaging 8.7 yards a carry with 25 tds. Those stats do not include the last 2 play-off games. Stats are now estimated at 1900 yards on 220 carries with 31 TD. That is roughly the same average. mhs
I haven't had the privilege is watching Gulmire play but have read about him and seen him often on Friday Night Hits. If i had a vote it would go to him. He certainly has the numbers. On top of that he has gone through the natural transition that comes with a new coach and has not missed a beat. Hope he gets it. Lost Old Dad
Gotta go with Gaston Miller. Over 1600 yards and '28' touchdowns BEFORE the playoffs started. Has almost 40 touchdowns now. Both GM and SG are great backs. Either one would make Tn proud. As to TC Jennings, I know nothing about him and have not seen him play. 2priceless
I am very pleased with all 3 of these choices. I think that any of these gentlemen are a credit to the game of football. I wish all the very best that life has to offer them.
ORidgeKat
My guess is that Mr. football will be decided by who wins the OR/RHS game this Friday night. And both are very deserving.

And both are very deserving. Mr G for me! Even when I thought our boys slowed him dow he still had over 200 yds. Great Article last week about him and his brother. FHS_Admiral
Gotta be the G-Man for me. Seeing highlights of him running for 350 or so yards against a tough Farragut defense was all the convincing I needed. Spencer Gulmire has got to be Mr. 5A Football - Back of the Year.
