rollredroll
As I said...a huge raise! He's worth every penny, IMO. Yes, that would be a very nice raise. Whatever the number is, I hope we can keep him for awhile.

Redtwin
Heard his named mentioned as the Virginia offensive coordinator job. I might be wrong, but I am pretty sure that Rutledge declined the UVA offensive coordinator job before he came to MBA. I thought that one reason he came to MBA was because he was tired of recruiting and all the other stuff that goes along with being a college coach. BDURHAM
Please consider starting another thread if you want to discuss MBA's coach. Only word I hear in Chattanooga is McCollum.
gridiron13
Please consider starting another thread if you want to discuss MBA's coach. Only word I hear in Chattanooga is McCollum. You mention McCollum, I'm not positivie but I think he has been hired at Georgia Tech, however he hasn't been officially hired until after recruiting is over. He is still on contract with MTSU and they are still paying him until he takes another job or until the end of the contract. With that being said, if he did take the Baylor job or Valdosta job he is going to wait as long as he can before officially accepting it, however, I'm almost positive he has accepted at GT. Just a hunch. I can't say for sure because I haven't talked to him in a few months. Edited January 18, 2006 by gridiron13
NickOrlando
Sanders is an interesting choice. If their smart theyll get joe gaddis. he would do wonders recruiting I couldn't agree with you more 19. Gaddis would be great at a private school. And he would be an OUTSTANDING recruiter. The man knows how to work a room better than anyone I have ever met. He is also a great motivator and a good manager, his players love him and respect him. I think Baylor would be missing the boat if they didn't take a serious look at him.
