Temple is good. I saw them in serveral scrimmages. Havent caught a game yet though. But we are talking about a team that lost 4 of its 6 best players. They have a loss (against a pretty good team) and this team has some things they need to prove before I would put them anywhere near 2nd in the state. Top 10 yes I believe they very well could be a top 10 team (they would be in my top 10) But it would be hard for me to put them 2 or 3. Edited December 5, 2005 by redandwhiteforever

The final four of the Class A state tournament should be Clay Co., Grace Baptist, Middleton and Union City.

 

 

Would be great to see these four teams play!

hey when harriman played temple , temple played them in a 2-3, and they beat them by 30, cosby played them in a2-3 and beatem by 28 so my bet for betsteam in 1a is cosby (5-0) temple , middleton as the top three. oh yeah and big dog baller wartburg aint even in the run for top 30.

I don't know middle or east tn, but west tn teams are union city, lake county, humbolt, and middleton. There are not any teams in 1a any better, their may be some just as good but none any better. Only two will get to go though, we will see later who they are.

Middleton or Union City will not make it to the state tournament because they will meet up with each other in sub-state if everything goes like it should.

You might have Temple and Grace listed in a tie for second however one of them will not make it to the state tournament. The loser will have to travel to Clay County for the substate and they won't win there in a substate game. But they are both good teams!
