Yeah yeah yeah blah blah blah..... Everyone is ALWAYS coming for Jackson County. We are EVERYONE'S SUPER BOWL no matter the classification. Clarkrange, LA came to town, so did the #1 rated AAA team in the state this year in Cumberland County, the #1 ranked team in the Nation according to USA Today has also played against the Lady Blue Devils and guess what? Yep you guessed it they ALL lost. Upperman (the #1 ranked team in AA who just lost to Cumberland Co. last night) came in and got a win in the tournament finals and was the better team that day but that rarely happens. So I don't like your chances but like they say "thats why they play the game". I just hope after the game is over all of you "newbies" that means you SulferCityQueen, get online and give me your take on why RBS lost.

I'll go ahead and give you your excuses right now as we have heard these on many occassions.

DEVILFANATICS TOP TEN EXCUSES WHY YOUR TEAM DIDN'T BEAT THE LADY BLUE DEVILS OF JACKSON COUNTY HIGH:

1. We had a bad night shooting the ball

2. The REFS!

3. Came out flat and wasn't ready to play

4. The REFS!

5. Shots didn't fall like they normally do

6. The REFS!

7. We beat ourselves

8. The REFS

9. We just didn't show up

AND FINALLY NUMBER TEN

10. Yep you guessed it (Now tell them what they've won Johnny )... The REFS

So when you log back on after tomorrow night, instead of writing all that long drawn out excuse just choose a number and we'll all know the reason then, its soooo much easier. :thumb:

Actually devil, being serious and all, these are the same excuses I heard from alot(not all) of the JC faithful for why RBS took the "BEST TEAM IN THE NATION" :P into overtime!!!

Everyone knows that JC is the favorite, but I promise you devil, they are not unbeatable! Win or Lose, i think RBS has proved that they are in no shape, form, or fashion intimidated by JC like alot of teams are!

A question for the RBS nation: When was the last time RBS played at Jackson County?

I know it has been at least a decade (that is 10 years), wonder why as they are only about 20 miles apart?

I don't think that one game proves anything. You seem to think that this was a victory for RBS. I believe it was a L, JC got the W. At the end of the year, I don't think they will mark it any different. The only thing that I have heard about the first game is that JC did not play one of their better games. Whether RBS had anything to do with that I don't know. The game tonight will provide more insight.

It doesn't seem that JC is afarid to put their record on the line as far as the unbeatable statement. They sure don't load it up with easy W's as RBS does. You will not improve playing this kind of schedule.

Why would the game @ JC provide more insight? Lets just wait and see if we get the neutral sight matchup, I believe that will provide more insight! :thumb:

You can look at our schedule and see we are not unbeatable. But 7A does pose a good question, why has RBS not scheduled Jackson County over the last 10+ years, like Clay County and Clarkrange have? I'm just asking a question here as it would seem that they would have them on their schedule being so close to eachother? That does seem kind of odd doesn't it?

To comment on your post Jimbo44, yes you have sat next to me or close to me and i know the game you are referring to, it was against your beloved Lady Bee's at the christmas tournament this year. I do sometimes complain about a call during the games, who doesn't? But i in know way get on coacht and say they caused a loss, now do i? So don't imply things that aren't true, and just leave it at that! ;)

    • Wow I haven't been keeping up with softball had no idea.Been keeping up with baseball and we are slowly fading there.I will check it out!!Thx
    • It is what it is. Sorry DFL.
    • One of the biggest loosing teams in Mid-State are the Macon County Tigerettes. I have noticed that the roster is smaller than in the years past. All the senior's have quit. We have a great group of Jr High players coming up. I sure hope they don't loose them, like they have lost so many others this year. With this young group of girls coming up, a weaker district, they should have no problem going to State.
    • It was updated this season, because I did it.  Linder is the school's all-time leading rusher at 5,156 yards with 2,436 of those coming in 2014.
    • Oh, I’m sure you did. Maybe you heard just a rumor, but considering we have a football practice field and a soccer field that’s frequently used for lacrosse games and practices, I highly doubt it. Let me change that. I know for a fact that didn’t happen.   Glad you finally stopped attacking a bunch of high school students, but still obsessed with the coaching staff for some unknown reason, even though you could name more than three (at most) coaches without looking it up. But now come up with something else.
