I know the Mt.Pleasant is going to one in Chapel Hill on either March 3rd or 4th and then they're going to one in Spring Hill just a few weeks after that.

Some school (my old memory escapes me) used to have a speed & strength event where the lifts were the following:

1. power clean

2. bench press

3. parallel squat

4. dead lift

 

They would also run the 40 yard dash

 

Teams could enter 3 people in each weight classification and they had 10 weight classifications.

 

Does anyone remember who the school was that hosted this?
