I suspect from watching this year's action, that the current Junior class is especially strong...at least in the Southeast. If you have already captured this data in a spreadsheet, please share it. Maryville's Nick Shields placed 3rd at 125 in 05 but got injured at this years tournament, so Maryville has two returning placers.

Bear, you are the man. Thanks for the info. I was not looking forward to putting that together. I wonder if there is any logic to support the strong Junior wrestling class. I think that spills over into D2 as well...at least in Chattanooga. Baylor and McCallie seem to have significant Junior strength. May just be coincidental. I am already looking forward to the 2008 season.

If I'm reading your heading correctly (06 medalist) - FRA had 2 (6th @ 135 and 5th @ 215) - not one. The 135 was the only returning medalist from '05
