McNairy vs. Harpeth

Alright....seriously i will say the officiating was poor, but it was poor both ways.

And harpeth didnt even play their best game, mendenhall couldnt buy a bucket outside, but she showed us true poise by taking it down low, and still scoring 29 points!!!

 

Oh yeah...if you wanna play us so bad again, then there is a possibilty we could see you in the state championship, so if you want it BRING IT!!!!

First of all .... the guy who got thrown out was just yelling foul ... the reason he got escorted out is because he walked out to the floor.... as for the rest of the game... I will go ahead and say it OUR TEAM IS MUCH BETTER THAN YOURS.... you won because you rallied on bad calls....

 

As for the student section being classless, I don't recall us doing anything that was "classless" ...you are the one's who flipped us off and dissed our team (boys and girls) by the way if I can remember right WE PACKED YALLS BOYS BAGS AND SENT YOU HOME....

You keep talking about the coaches son like hes a god or something. I bet he said something other than foul to the ref. Wait a minute we paid the refs extra to throw him out of the game. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. You all make excuses for everything, you cant take it to lose because of the weak teams you played before us. Nice to see your a sore loser. and another thing about when Mcnairy played Southside and came back to win from Southsides big lead, was that the refs that caused you to win or is that because you guys have a good team and came back . Did southside complain about the refs giving you the game? BY THE WAY, BEAT YALLS GIRLS. WE'LL DO IT AGAIN. Your complaints wont change anything. hey you want to talk your crap well here's you some to reply to. i play for the lady cats and the guy that you are talking about that got thrown out was our coach's son so he's been around the game for awhile. the officials stunk last night and we would've kicked your ###### back to your home court and we still will. you name the time and the place and our girls will be more than happy to come give you a game. harpeth had a good team but ours was even better. the officials got our momentum down because of the sorry calls. if i remember correctly harpeth couldn't do anything with the ball the first half of the game or the third quarter. the refs helped you with this one, but not again baby. you probably dont even play the sport. you're probably just a fan and that pisses me off even more. if you are so bad then get off your dead butt and go play yourself. harpeth is a good team and we all wish them the best of luck. they put out our biggest rivals. i hope if we get put out they go all the way to state and win. stop trying to start your crap and let it go. the guy that got kicked out was just mad at the officials. he's a true fan.

You've got to be kidding. I am not from Harpeth. I'm from Waverly and I saw you're team play us the other night and I have to say, I'm surprised they made it to the finals. Before you start spouting off at the mouth about how you beat us, you will have to stand in line. We only won 7 games this year and we nearly knocked you off. It was a two point game in the fourth. Harpeth beat us 3 times by over 30. Harpeth is twice the team that McNairy is and I don't expect McNairy to make it to the state. Harpeth on the other hand, I feel has a shot to win it all. For real lol. The only person I'm mad at is the one referee who made tons of terrible calls both ways. I think that if the game would have been allowed to play itself out, then it would have been a lot closer and McNairy would have walked away with the region championship in a very close game. But, the past is what it is and we can't change it so it's time to look forward. Good luck Harpeth, ya'll are a good team. LETS GO LADY BOBCATS!

Thanks macnarry - you're absolutely right. I'm pretty sure Coach Lott would NOT approve of the smack being laid down on this post. Both sides can and always will blame officiating for some of what happened during the game, and will always be at the mercy of the officials. We still have to be accountable for how we play the game, both on and off the court.

 

The post was right about us losing momentum when Meribeth (#51) had to sit down because of foul trouble. The bottom line is, we'll have to come out and play all four quarters well Saturday, and not allow one quarter to be the deciding factor. Good luck Lady Bobcats!
