They also have a very good coach and they play one game at a time. isnt that the idea? to give it everything u got..

ProV1x
Good Luck Coach Thomas no plan for this team though. Theyll shoot you out of zone and drive past u in man. With the 5 second calls barry was getting vs Hunters Lane id be watching out for more with this athletic RE team. GL to Shelbyville though. Hopefully you can keep it decently close. Let's see, #1 RE didn't shoot anyone out a zone or anything else, can you say tough defense. #2 Yes there was some driving past, can we all say Twilley and Stewart. #3 Hey we did keep it decently close we allowed them to lead 1 time. You know nothing about bball man, spend your time wasted on here with another hobbie. Great job Eagles!!!
ssdad4
Thanks! How did Stewart do? Who was clutch down the stretch? Ragland and Stewart came through with key FT's down the stretch. Shelbyville had a double digit lead at one time, and that was when R/E decided to full court press. It messed Shelbyville up bad. They had trouble getting anything down the court. Then Barry Stewart got a few breakaways from the press and made R/E back off a little bit. Gross had a good game, even though getting blocked on a 3 on 2 fast break was embarrassing (Especially at about 6'8"). Shelbyville was shooting about 22 percent from the field after the 1st half, and R/E was about 20. It was pretty ugly 1st half. Shelbyville came through when it counted and now we have 1 more game where we are big underdogs in my eyes. Hamilton is amazing. Twilley and Stewart will have to have amazing games for a shot at the state championship. Shoot, when was the last time any team in AAA had both the girls and guys in the State championship games? jrm2x
Thanks! How did Stewart do? Who was clutch down the stretch? Wrong! matt johnson 46% ft shooter hits two with less than 30 seconds to go
Grace Golden Eagles
This had to be one of the most boring games ever, until the 4th that is...
finfan
I am proud to be a fan Shelbyville. When few people gave them a chance to win the game tonight they were able to come out on top. These boys have taken the boy's basketball proram to an all time high which for the 1st time in the history of the school rivals our girl's program. While Stewart and Twilley are the stars it took a total team effort to beat RE. Coach Thomas and his assistants have done a tremendous job of directing this team and hopefully will be able to continue there success in the championship game. randymc
Miller was the one that those Siegel guys thought would beat Shelbyville. I guess Stewart was the best player on the floor...again. I know Mrs. Buckingham is beaming. As was a certain Mississippi State Coach
