The sectional meet begins at CCS at 10AM with field events. The girls 3200 will run at 10:30 and the boys at 10:45. There will be 1 flight for each race. Then the Other running events will begin at either 1 or 2 Pm after lunch and will run until the end. I am told 2 flights of each in the running events.

The East Sectional will have two heats of each running event. If you plan on winning something you better be in the fast heat.
