We(Mt.Pleasant) played CA in a passing league not to long ago and CA showed that they can pass the ball.They not the least bit physical but they seem to be able to find the open spot in the defense.They're going to be a pass-heavy team this upcoming season.

Mt.Pleasant played them again just the other day. I don't know who won that one either.

does anyone know how the passing league went that had collinwood, perry county and wayne county in it. i think parsons riverside and richland also played in that league. how did region 6 look out there?

Wayne County beat Cwood...Wayne County lost to Perry Co...Cwood beat Perry County so it was a pretty evenly matched..there wasnt really one team who dominated...Wilson Alabama was also there...all in all it was just a good learning experience for all the teams there.

so close to the season...most camps have already happened....the kids get to strap up pads tommorow......and NO ONE has anything new or interesting to say...all i can say is WOW

first day in pads was very promising for wayne county. logan bear may very well be one of the best linemen wayne co has ever had, and trust me, i know wayne co football. his name will be know rather well around region 6 by mid season. i guarantee it!! he'll be rockin some heads!!

 

Yea were very strong on the def and off lines this yr...Beersdorf...Baer...Kyle Prince...Colby McDonald...all look to be at the top of there game.

 

We also have a new coach..Coach Ratchford i think thats how he spells it...but he has been coaching at McEwen for sum time now...he is a very smart coach and knows the game up and down...has sum great def stunts and plays.

 

Were gonna play sum smash mouth defense this yr so they betta be ready!
