Actually East Robertson won this region last year so they're the only team that can be dethroned.

 

As far as the picks go:

 

1.) Goodpasture

2.) East Robertson

3.) Ezell Harding

4.) CPA

5.) DCA

6.) Harpeth

7.) Fairview

8.) FRA

 

This is a region that's not as strong from 1-7 as it was last year. Goodpasture and East Robertson are the best two teams in the region in my opinion. Ezell could very well win the region and make a run all the way to the 'Boro because they have an outstanding team. CPA & DCA will battle it out in a game that decides who goes to the playoffs and who stays home. I like Harpeth because they have a lot of guys who will be playing in their third year at the varsity level and they played both Fairview and FRA tough last year. FRA will be good once again in the long run but rebuilding under a new coaching staff takes time.

Goodpasture has speed and talent on both the line and in the backfield and they will win this region. Ezel lost some of their better players and Goodpasture kept everything and gained some. So, Goodpasture will regain their title.
