Speaking of watered down ... Maryville has 6 state championships while playing in a field of 60 teams , while your team has none ..... in a whopping field of 8 teams .

You've got to be kidding? Thoust does hold thoust self in high regards. Step up and play with the big boys then. BA did before they were pushed out. Why not Merville? You have that unique slant that you can recruit and stay "public" all at the same time. Prove that brevado.

Nope, Maryville has 10 which is 3rd most in state history.

 

 

Let me try again. Maryville and BA both have 9 state titles, since the start of the TSSAA high school playoffs. What year was that? 1970?

Brentwood Academy played 4A in 1993 and 1994. They didn't win 1 championship during that time.

I've not had a team since I graduated in '93. I am a big fan of the Permian Panthers though who have 6 state titles in Texas' largest classification. They also have 2 national championships.

Recruit and play public....ahhhh another envious customer. We did "step up" and play with the big boys a couple of times. After discovering there was little competition we settled back into our designated area.

 

I tell you what......I will send the school administrators an e-mail and demand that we move up to 5A, or private. That should do it!.... just stupid

 

Bravado.....Let me assure you BA doesn't want a Maryville on their schedule every year. Bravado is when Coach Flatt declares Maryville as a "fair team' them promptly goes out and gets stomped. That's Bravado!....
