I believe this is a pretty good list. I am glad to see 2 from south Pittsburg (there will be more by end of season), and then also the 1 from Whitwell (I think there will be at least 1 more).

there are prolly alot of deserving players out there that didnt get selected but hats off to those who did.im a reigon 5 follower, the LB's TUCK from JB and VESTAL from eagleville are co-defensive MVP's from reigon 5,these two should lead their team in tackles this year along with some state wide stats in 1A.one of these two will lead the reigon once again also, baring injury. I have heard alot of these young mens name along with some not listed,just because you are not on the list doesnt mean you are not a leader on your team.almost time to strap it up and knock some heads,good luck to all. Davis plays both ways with similiar stats to Townsend. However, he plays Defensive end and gets the corner quicker than most. He HAS BEEN E.T. Knox News Sack leader for two straight years. Not to mention Player of the week at least once. He is the real deal on both sides of the ball.

Congrats to all these kids I'm sure they are all fine ball players. I'm suprised Jody Lowe from cosby didn't get on there at db. no offense to townsend from hampton but he should be there as a back not a db. Lowe is the best db in that region hands down.

Your right, this really isnt even a real all-state team. Its just Murphy Fair's picks on who he thinks might make it at the end of the year. But it is still an honor for me to be on the list, and i know everyone on there is very deserving.
