Regardless what everyone says, I think this should be a good game. If Coffee County plays this game like they did the last few games last season, then I think we stand a good chance, if not then there's always the week 1 game.

Brentwood played pretty good last year at the end as well-going to the playoffs before losing to eventual state champion Ravenwood.

 

That being said- alot of those players on both sides of the ball will be gone. It will be interesting, and a challenge, for both teams to integrate new players and new schemes to fit those players in time for the first game.

 

I don't think the game will be as big a blowout as last year, but it will be competitive for both teams. The challenge CC will have will be doing something other than running into the teeth of a very stout defense. Brentwood will have to find the ability to score points.

It should be a good game. Hopefully, I will get to go to see the Raiders play to win. I am not predicting a victory for CC, but it would be nice.

I think the team has to go into the game with a winning attitude, but I just hope it goes like i think it will and i'll leave that to myself.

Agreed. No one ever expects to get beat by the underdogs. I will be cheering for the Raiders. Maybe they will start the season 1-0. Then they will soon be 2-0. The start of a winning streak!
