The fact remains that Stewart Co. has not beaten anyone with merit in a long time. They beat Camden in 1999, but that team in Camden that year is not even comparable to what the Lions are fielding now. I don't see the rebs getting much of a shot at the playoffs. Maybe a 5-5 year, but two of those 5 wins will be against bottom of the barrel opponents. 3-5 inthe region isn't horrible, but that's only if they can upset Riverside and Adamsville. Yes, even with Adamsville's record last year, it's still an upset in my book.

hate to go sour on my former school, but i think this is probably the end of a pretty nice lookin run the Rebels had goin. Yeah so the first two games were against weaker opponents, oh well. SCHS came out fightin' in both games, doin exceptional with 1st and 2nd string clubs. Keep up the momentum, g'luck

if stewart county loses to waverly it's their own fault waverly has alot of good young players but no size or numbers compaired to stewart county i haven't seen any other teams other than houston county and waverly but i think stewart county will suprise alot

SC has some speed and depth within their overly-sized (in numbers) squad. It would be nice to see some upsets this season, esp. with some of the hype given by their own. I see alot of tossups on the schedule..but here's my go-round of predictions

we will see what they are made when the play lewis co. if they stay close or win (doubt it) they will prove they can go to the playoffs. We all know they have the talent and depth but will they execute when needed to in big situations

No chance of playoffs.They have played no competition.They will beat Houston County,but who wont!Could beat wavo and Adamsville and Loretto and Riverside but not likely.LC and Camden will beat them as bad as they want to.
