East's offense the past couple of weeks have been the most impressive O I have seen in several years. Sure, you can attribute some of it to the other teams D, but still they are looking good... I look to see M-East & M-West square off again down the road. The Canes are looking that good.. We have good to get the pass coverage up to par along with better ball security.. Get the Canes now, they are going to be insane the next couple of seasons...

 

My Pee-Wee team played a couple of games in Greeneville this past weekend. They have an outstanding League for the little one there in Greene Co. We enjoyed it a lot..

To make the playoffs, Greeneville has to win out against East and Crockett. Unfortunately, they just don't have the personnel this year to extend their season. East's O looks to have found a good rhythm in the last 2 weeks and I don't think that the Devel D can stop them. Canes by 20.

Man, that would be huge. Sad if true. I have been told that he has good talent. I was looking forward to seeing him play!

I asume you are G-ville fan, so I appreciate your faith in your team. G-ville D couldn't even slow down West so how will they stop East?

I disagree. I don't think G'ville has the personnel to stop East this year. Only an excessive number of turnovers and/or penalties or some sort of natural disaster could derail the 'Canes Friday night. Just my opinion.

What I said was if G-ville couldn't even slow down West (the team that won) how would they be able to stop East. If the Devils had even remotely slowed down West then maybe there was a chance they could stop a team West had beaten, but that didn't happen last week and it won't happen again this week. Of course this is only my opinion.

Cherokee had visions of stopping East as well. East (minus turnovers) had a good game on offense against west. They rushed for over 500 yards last week against Cherokee.

We are missing Greenway, but our backup has had a good week of practice and I believe he's going to do a lot better than people are giving him credit for.

 

Also, our defense is back to full strength with Bannach and Brimer back.
