I am sure Flatt is a high quality coach. It would have to be a little more difficult for darth vader not being able to recruit like his days at the evil empire.

He could hit Shelbyville, Tullahoma, Franklin Co. and Lincoln Co. really hard. It is no more than a 20 minute drive to Lynchburg from any of these locations. Moore Co. is actually in the middle of a good football area. If he is smart he will recruit some of the best local assistant coaches first. Then getting their players would be easy. Tullahoma is really close and has some really good coaches. But is there enough money left to get one or two?

I'm sure that all the other programs will sit back and let all the recruiting go on. Lets get real, Tullahoma, lincoln, will loose nobody, they both have good coaching staffs and a strong program. A little earth shattering information Moore County is not one of the highest paying systems in the state. If they pay the coaching staff more than they have in the past the teachers will rebel!!!!!

Yep! Just wondered if any of these parents have thought that their ball player may be the one to sit on the bench or get cut from the team when new, more talented players arrive by whatever means in MC. I will be disappointed in the integrity of MC if they have to resort to bringing in players to have a good team. I am not sure what that type of success is worth for MC or any team. Winning at any cost allows for braggin' rights I guess. Does anybody even know if Flatt has confirmed yet?

I wondered how long it would take for the naysayers to show up. What single A team in the state would pass up the opportunity to have the winngingest coach in the history of Tennessee high school football coach for their school? I know as well as everyone else that every school in region 6a would hire him if given the chance.

 

This is what I know about the man- he wins football games. I wonder if he can get John Tucker to come as an assitant? Might as well get Nick Saban, too.
