Huntingdon vs Clarksburg game was moved to Huntingdon because of rain. The fans came out for both teams. Cody Crocker took the Mound for the Mustangs and got a 12-0 win. 2-0 on the year. Mustangs improve to 8-2. The younger guys got in for a couple of innings. Good to see that.

 

Next for the Mustangs. Travel to Union City for a game with Obion Co. and the Union City.

Spencer Clifft and Blake Burke will get the starts.

It was good to see Cody pitch again,, The Mustangs were hitting well 1 through 9. Good District win for the Stangs. And the enforcer {Donald} was on duty as well.

The Mustangs added 2 more wins last night. Spencer Clifft had a stellar night, only throwing 77 pitches in 7 innings. Close game until the bats woke up in the 7th, putting 7 more on the board for an 11-1 final.

 

The second game saw more action from the Mustang bats with last years region 7a title game opponent, Union City. Burke cruised through the line-up the first go around only to give up some hits and walks in the bottom of the fourth. But Colin Hatch came in and threw a great 3 2/3 innings to finish it out. Mustangs win 9-6.

Mustangs took on Dresden today at Union City. Cole McAdams got his second win of the year with a 12-4 win over the Lions.

The bats got hot and the runs were made to help out the Junior Pitcher/3rd baseman. Next is the Humbolt Vikings on Sat.

Colton Dill will be on the Mound.

 

11-2 on the year.

Huntingdon Mustangs win the St. Judes Classic with a final win over Humboldt.

 

Colton Dill had a one hitter in his 3Rd win of the season. Colton said he felt good before the game and he looked great on the mound. Keeping the Vikings bat cold and the defense giving him support in the win by making the plays when needed.

 

Mustangs win 9-0

 

4 Mustangs make All-Tournament Team. Jr. Cole McAdams, Sr. Colton Dill, Sr. Spencer Clifft and MVP Sr. Cody Crocker.

Coach EuBanks has the Mustangs doing well. The whole lineup is seeing the ball real well out of the pitchers hand. Two district

games then the ESPN Tournament at Huntingdon this weekend. I hope the weather is good. 12-2 on the year.
