QUOTE(HHSnumber1fan @ Jun 14 2007 - 06:43 PM) 826475155[/snapback]My money is on CPA they return most of there line core, they lose some skill position, but will return most of there stout team from last year if I am not mistaken. Goodpasture will be a huge contender for the crown, but my money is on CPA. My team that will suprise people in this region is Ezell.

i do agree with you on Ezell

Does anybody know if Ezell still has that d end(single digit not the big guy), because that alone is a pass rushing game. The kid was beastly fast, strong, and great foot work. They also return there qb and some other skill guys, they should finish no worse than 4th. The only thing in the way is I dont think the parents like there play calling, I remember playing them last year and hearing the chain gang yelling at the coaches stupid play calling.

I like everyone else agree that CPA and Goodpasture will be the top teams.#1 will depend on who wins the matchup between the teams.i also agree with hte Ezell part of the conversation in that they might suprise some people this year. And to answer your questions no they don't have 6 Jeremy Ray he graduated along with two other seniors on the dline but you r right that they do get back some very exsplosive skill players and their qb.

    • there will be a couple of teams, that could make some noise
    • Dyersburg may win back to back to back championships. They are going to be hands down the best 3A team. Plus their District/region/sectionals are not very good. They basically just have to make it to region out of a 5 team district that has a few decent teams. South Gibson will be okay but they graduate their best player and there is nobody in the region 7 or region 8 who is going to compete with them.
    • I remember very well watching things change in the late 80's and yes it's all schools. Most people that are in charge today have any idea because they were raised and taught under this social experiment so they don't have a clue. Anyone that does see the truth for what it is usually try and hide it by blending in so that the School Gestapo doesn't round them up and take them to the Fuhrer ( kindly putting it ). Yes it is all schools not just Maryville. This train ride is not headed in a good direction and if the public had seen a movie of what's happening now back in 1980 everyone would have been headed home afterwards to change underware.
    • Hoping to make the playoffs.
    • You are so correct!  It’s really 99.9% of academia want to change to way that education is not only taught but the way it is viewed.  The pendulum has definitely swung as far to the left as possible and eventually will swing to the right much too far.  I have always  said that politics and one’s personal religious views need to stay out of education,  but for the last 40 years education has been running full throttle to what we have today.  If the social experiment that we are currently experiencing continues it is only a matter of time before the public school system in the USA completely collapses and all kids attend private schools or even worse don’t go to school.
