It's really just two more wins at the least.....three at the most.

But until someone int the confrence beats db they are the favorite and I believe this year the conference runs through Bearden. I expect Sevier County to be down slightly because their Watson done so much for them the last couple of years. I expect the winner of the Science Hill- Bearden game to have the showdown with db for the confrence title. Science Hill has to go to Bearden and we all know how tough you have to fight to get a win down there because you NEVER get a close call down there. 209
you rarely even get an obvious call at bearden
noonesfool
Science Hill seems to be on the ups But I will go with the Indians till the Toppers prove it on the Field. But pulling for the Toppers.

skunk
I agree with WaCo, I think the Bulldogs of Bearden will be the team to beat this year in the Big East... why is it that Bearden isn't the Bears?...always wondered that...that would make sense wouldn't it?...the Bearden Bears. skunk
topvol98, I did read your post and didn't realize I was doing something wrong by agreeing with WaCo, just used his recent post to further the discussion...but, obviously then I agree with you, as well...one point to remember: the Bearden D-B match-up takes place in the 3rd game of the season for the Tribe, so that one will set the tone for the remainder of the conference slate. Roll Tribe Roll True, just as is the Sevier County/ Science Hill matchup. Science Hill starts the confrence season with Sevier Co and at Bearden. A sweep of those games put the Toppers in the catbirds seat at the midpoint of the season.
