I don't know what Alcoa lost to graduation, but if they have half of what I saw at the Boro last year they will be a tough team to knock off.

Take Lewis Co. out and replace them with Huntingdon and the top five would be the way I have it. Lewis Co. is a respectable pick though. Coach Sharp's Panthers always come ready to play year in and year out.

Might as well have been without him last year. He did however, have outstanding SOPH/JR yrs. IMO, They are very good up front, and are a TOP 5 team.

Huntingdon always fields a strong team each year. With Donald they were able to make it to M'boro twice and win once. He was hurt most of last year after week 3 or 4 i think - not for sure which week. They also lost a 3 year starter at QB. In my opinion they aren't a top 5 - maybe top 10 but i think Camden or Lewis Co. will take region 7 this year.

Lewis County is always overated. Lets see how far they go in the playoffs. They will win until they face Goodpasture or CPA, possibly even DCA one of those three will beat them convincingly.
