Thanks for the post and to let you know that Rhon'neisha will start varsity and to her credit like bubba she is a 2 playing the one because they need her there but her stats for scrimage 1 was 19 points 8 assits 6 rebounds 6 steals and played very good defense against the other teams best player and shut her down a little so here we go and to add she has a 3.8 GPA. Im very proud of her and her maplewood team.

rltaylor,

I'm going to have to formally meet you at the barber shop(David Taylor's):)

Listen for the name Taviunna Mayberry(will be playing some varsity for H.L.) Brittany Abernathy(will be playing varsity for a hurting MLK team if she doesn't transfer to H.L.).

I'm bias, because these are my GIRLSSS! Ms. Taylor can definitely handle her business.

Taylor can you contact me through David Taylor?

Metroman...Alicia Taylor is a home-school kid that, as far as I know, lives in Antioch. She was a South Central Ally until Cleve Harris saw her, now she is a Lady Tiger. I am not sure if she plays in the home school league, so the only opportunity to see her play may be with the Tigers. She should be about an eigth grader this year. (02/03) She is a very talented player. Her nick-name is Miss Thang!

    • RR, you might remember. Didn’t someone hide the kicking shoe that game? It seems I remember we had missed a kick the week before, and we needed all the points we could get. We thought we had a better chance going for two, so $?&@$ hid the shoe after the first miss that game. No one on our sideline looked for it very hard.
    • I will never forget the 1983 Heritage vs Maryville game. I remember driving home and listening to WGAP. Can't remember the announcers name. He asked Coach Story why he kept going for 2? Story told him " Why didn't you ask Renfro that last year"
    • TSSAA will let them all go to Mase.
    • Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
