The jamboree in Covington three weeks ago (Aug. 17) featured Haywood vs. Munford. Haywood took no prisoners in that game, and Munford only scored after Haywood put in the subs. In that same jamboree, Brighton played Ripley, and defeated them handily, too. I'm not sure what game you refer to. It wasn't one of these, was it?

I saw them in the First Look scrimmage at Newbern..Played the same way as a jamboree except the coaches have to be on the field ..standing behind the offense or defense instead of being on the sidelines..Haywood played Brighton..Brighton won 7-0..Probably the week before the jamboree you saw!That same nght,Halls played Dresden and Jackson Northside played Dyer Co.

dburgs field is like a sponge (soaking wet) from a 2 hour down pour...

 

the stars are lined up in haywoods favor.......wet field not good for dburgs offense....

dyersburg has had 5 fumbles so far.......

 

the first fumble was for haywoods 1st score..........dburg has had 3 drives stalled on fumbles.....all three inside haywoods 25 and one at the 3....
