But just fyi the coaches don't pick homecoming...the school calendar decides and it changes year by year.

Red Bank names the score. Boyd is a good team but they are no where near the class of Red Bank. I just hope they can come out of the game injury free.

Not sure how Boyd does it , but some schools let the coach decide, some let the adminsitration and some just use the date on the calendar that is as close to ususal as possible regardless of the oponent...

agreed. i would think that (looking at this year's schedule) grace would have been an appropriate choice for homecoming. but, i'm not in the coaches seat so i won't cause an uproar. i know that red bank has a solid team. who are the standouts?

 

 

Grace was an away game this year. It was only moved to Boyd at the last minute because of the weather.

BBS played Red Bank for homecoming two years ago, too. Unlike most schools, we don't really care who is the homecoming opponent. We've played "cupcake-free" non-region schedules for years, and are used to playing these teams...win or lose. The idea of 'we've got to play a cupcake for homecoming' is for teams with low expectations of whom they can compete with.

Who is the UT prospect for Red Bank? Saw him at UT Saturday. Didnt get a chance to talk with him. Whats his position? Just curious. He is a big feller for sure.
