What is holding them back?

Their offense varies, was originally a spread then went to the I and now back to the spread, their personnel is pretty good sized, not very fast but pretty strong. They have some good athletes including some young ones, and the kids work pretty hard, not as disciplined as they should and arent as focused as they should be. The thing that is holding them back is youth and discipline, they have alot of turnovers and give up a lot of cheap special teams points. They only have 6 seniors, 5 of which see the field, and they have a very young backfield. Their o-line is lacking but has all the tools necessary to be good. Thats just what I see.......

One thing that hurts the offense is that they keep switching schemes on them every week. Nobody knows where their suppose to be.

exactly maybe they found something this week to stay with formation wise, the basic plays are the same
