And by the way, My ribs are fine, If you knew how to understand what you read, you would've noticed i said because of my past injuries i couldn't get as strong as i wanted in the off season. And if Football players didn't lift weights then why is it a requirement to bench press 225 for X amount of reps to get into college/pro? K thanks.
