By the way my last post was not putting Anderson Co down I'm sure they would play Oak Ridge every year if OR would play them. I think the last time they played in a real game AC won ( but im not not sure )

Why does Kingston need to play power houses like Clinton and LC when they already play KC, fulton and AE? Most years if Kingston beats one of the big three it's a upset for the simple reason those three are good and could play in 3 4A and all three would be in the playoffs most years. As far as Maryville goes they are in a class by their selves.

 

The gate for the Harriman and the Rockwood game is huge$$$$$ and most years Oliver Springs is too this benefits all three schools.

 

Now back on topic if Kingston can shake the turn over bug they have a good chance to win tonight if they fumble it will get ugly fast.

 

I understand the need for Kingston to play these big money games out of region ... just so happens that they are 2A and 1A teams ... I just think if overall record is the tie breaker then it seems a bit bad .. since AE played a good WEBB , Brainard a 4A and Carter a region 1 leader most years ... and AC played 3 4A teams out of region ... but again I dont blame Kingston ..if I can play 1A and 2A teams and get away with it I would too ...

Also, Fulton played Chatanooga Tyner, MoEast, and Oak Ridge. Catholic played Webb, MoWest, and Chatanooga Baylor. Regardless of gate (which I understand the importance of), those games in addition to region play get them ready for the playoffs.

Kingston didn't make the playoffs but man they played hard these last two games. I have nothing bad to say about these young men. It was one awsome game. Kingston got within the 5 yard line 3 times and couldn't score. They should have won this game they out performed AE 110%.
