York Dragons vs Smith County Owls in Week 2

The Owls will go ahead and make that trip up to Jamestown, despite being warned they have no chance. 67%...lol.

 

Quick Question....If all of SC's fans showed up a 5:00 when the gates opened, we could take up all of the seating in the bleachers. There is no reserved seating in the playoffs so, realistically, that could very well happen...right?

 

Anyway, the chitter chatter has been fun to read this week. SC will roll into J-town a different football team and they should be in a foul mood. With one blemish on the season, the Owls will play their tails off to bring a W back to "The Hole" with them. It's Playoff Time....Anything can happen. Best of Luck to the Winner of this "GREAT MATCHUP" for the rest of the way. I think......

Thanks for the warning, we just had this post put on the radio and announced at all the schools. you better get here early or you might just be listening to the game on the radio. it will be close circuit broadcast at the clarkrange high gym. all you hooterville peaple may want to stop there and watch the game. it will be warm and they will have BUFFALO wings. good luck tonight, boys better strap it on tight. this will be a real "slobberknocker" Go Dragons. open up a 55 gallon drum of whip ######!

No york did not play their best ball against Smith. We both got brakes that game its just york got 1 or 2 more. But it still takes one heck of a team to come back being down 14 to 0 against Smith county and Coach Manyord and end up winning the game by 2 touchdowns. You guys ran your mouth just like this in week 5 and the Dragons shut you up, so it's time they do it again. Then we will see what you guys find to complain about, rather it's the Refs or our bad class or we are anti christ or What ever BS you come up with.

Would it not be easier to go over to the baseball and softball fields and get those portable bleachers, bring them to the so called "Dragon Pit" and strategically place them in the endzones. I mean come on. Make it an atmosphere that people can enjoy. It is a special occasion. It is not every year that York makes it to the 2nd round, and heck, they could make school history tonight. Not only are all the newfound Dragon fans jumping on this undefeated bandwagon, other area fans will be there too, and no where to sit or stand. Oh, well, guess you don't need that gate money anyway, being state funded and all. Pass this to Derwin. Need portable bleachers.
