Be glad you got out of town with the point spread you received. You have ran that mouth enough to disgrace the bulldogs. SP has a few like yourself and OP feels the same about their mouthing. Next time hopefully the Pirates will just continue to jam it down your throat. Roberts last run was a typical run that he had practically all night. The point was that the Pirates were not given respect with their inside running game, that was responsible for the game plan the bulldogs received. The SP folks "tried" to warn you and some others. If you are going against this years Pirates it simply comes down choosing your poison. You can't stop it all. OP says SP didn't open it up as OP had wished. You know.... what OP is talking about......., the Pirates just used a couple of cans of whip a--, no need to use the complete case. Hope to see you next year, it won't be any easier for most Pirate opponants.

 

yea maybe I can come up in the booth next time and we can discuss this matter...

You must not have been paying attention Vader....kneeling 3 times would not have run the clock out because Hampton still had a time out. We had to get a 1st down to seal the deal. If the Hampton team wasn't ready that wasn't our fault. It's a semifinal game...we weren't taking any chances. It's not our job to stop us..that's your defense's job.

 

 

Textbook procedure. Don't see a problem here. You have to do whatever it takes to get the

clock down to where taking a knee will finish it. Run or pass...doesn't matter.

I've seen a lot of strange things happen with too much time left on the clock for the opponent...

a few seconds is sometimes enough to get you beat. You just don't work all year to get to

the 'Boro, and leave little things to chance.

 

And as I've preached for years, it's the defenses' job to stop the offense...not the offensive

coach.

 

EVERYBODY in the East bracket needs to support SP vs McKenzie on Fri. This may very well turn

out to be a tough game. Had Hampton won, I'm sure everyone would be supporting Hampton. I

guarantee I would. Let's pull together & "GET R DONE". /biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />

Judas, I remember you at the start of the season calling for Turbyfill to be fired, now you are saying that if he gets athletes, Cloudland will win state. HAHA, please don't be referring to anyone else as fair weather fans...

 

Vader, you show me where I called for Robbie to be fired and I'll give you my next paycheck. Now I may have expressed my displeasure with some things, but never went that far. I even go to church with him and we've always been on good terms, so shut your mouth. You only make Hampton look bad with your blabber. You got took to the woodshed. Zone's only has 2 limitations that I know of. Yep SP (most of us anyway) would be there for TC, G'ville, Hampton, etc if they had won.

Zone could have you kicked off of here in a heartbeat so why don't you be quiet. Hampton is done. I have a wife and kid to take care of unlike you wondering aimlessly through life.       This whole situation is bonkers. You don’t just kick your star player off the team just because you heard them say the F word; the coach definitely had something against the player, or somebody definitely did. Also, nobody has brought up the idea that the school blackmailed the college to get the college to withdraw the scholarship offer, not to mention that the coach who kicked her off is no longer even with the program; they were fired. I think this is a pretty easy lawsuit. I don’t know if she should deserve that much money, but I think she should get enough money for a full-ride scholarship if she cannot get one after this situation.

      Oh yeah, I’m sure you are different people just always on the same thread for some reason, always agreeing with each other, perhaps just a bunch of dorks who would like to ###### and moan about high school football coaches do a lot of other students, so you make a football team and get a yell at them. When they do something wrong, but I’m sure you don’t like that, do you?   and I’m sure I’m aware of where you get information. A teacher who was on the coaching staff but was fired after the new coaching and staff came in and realized he actually had to start taking his assistant job a little bit more seriously than just wanting to make a little extra cash on the side, hardly even showing up to most practices, should’ve left with his buddy to go to Farragut. I’m sure he could get him a defensive coaching job, but I doubt he will be there in three years. Looking at the way Farragut is currently going.

      It may be hard to believe but there’s more people than me that think you guys are a bunch of losers.    I’m sure the coaching staff, yourself included, cursed at a bunch of high school students. Nobody could name more than 3 coaches on staff due to the constant turnover.

      That's complete BS.  Nobody at ACHS has access to CHS student records unless a transfer is made from CHS to ACHS.

      Trez's last scandal has died down, so I guess this is there opportunity to be the best 4A team playing in 2A a la Sissy MTN.  At least they won't be in a Z-district with 1a teams in the regular season.
