taydizzle
Ooltewah isn't what it was last year. Not hardly, IMO. The same can be said about Temple! Is the score correct that they (Temple) only beat Silverdale by 3?
dadoffour
The same can be said about Temple! Is the score correct that they (Temple) only beat Silverdale by 3? That's correct, Temple squeaked one out at Silverdale Friday. You could kind of see it coming though. Temple had lost a heartbreaker against Ooltewah the night before, was dealing with the loss of Brandon Andrews (out for the year) and played at a packed Silverdale. This team is too young and inexperienced to handle adversity like this very well. With Brandon out, Temple's got only 2 guards with any relative experience. A few weeks ago I expected them to compete with Grace for #2 in the region. Now it's gonna be really tough. I'm starting to see this year more as building toward next year. But it'll still be fun to watch.
Grace Golden Eagles
I thought the Silverdale-Temple game would be close. I wish I could have been there, sounds like it was a good game. Temple will have to tweak the chemistry, but will get better as the season progresses.
Foreverowl
Ooltewah isn't what it was last year. Not hardly, IMO. I hope your right since the 2006-07 Owls had a losing record and came in last in the District tournament. The 2007-08 Owls are now 2-0 in district play, so we will just have to see how it plays out.
