this last post shows what kind of ego problem you have. a true player does not read his press clipping or get on a message board to "set things right". a true player who cares more about his team then what people think about him would have something better to do then to get on a message board to defend his actions. but of course, if you didnt have a disrespect people or ego problem people would probably not say things about you.

good luck to Waverly and Sycamore Monday night, but i have to say if Sycamore's players are going to worry about what is being said about them on a message board instead of worrying about how to find their offense that they lost over the last week, they could be in for a long game on monday.

I completely agree with you ballbasher, it would've been different if he was defending a teammate but to post a bunch of stuff about himself was almost a publicity stunt.. Sycamore's arrogance was pretty ridiculous this year and by the way Waverly might not have won as many games but would've still been pretty tough without Purcell, I mean Cody Gilbert threw a CG with 2 runs scored against him in the Championship game so obviously we do have other players...anyway way good luck to Sycamore against Lexington............ Go Tigers!!!

    • While I appreciate being credited with multiple accounts, I have to say that is not true. Will you please report back to your people that I am not someone who provides sharp, witty banter, but rather someone who is putting the shoe on the other foot for some people that have been repeatedly bashing others here and in real life for the past few years? Everything that I have stated has been backed by factual evidence or public record, so no need to be sharp and witty.
    • Yes this process is moving slower than I would have expected
    • also was told coady auston applied, he served as defensive coordinator for greenfield under don pitt several years ago before going to Obion county
    • TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.
    • stop it, rlh. you’re gonna get me all misty eyed and sentimental.    i see seven fairly regularly. ….but slim shady, that’s like spotting bigfoot on main street. you just hope he doesn’t spot you.
