AA "Elite 8" -- The State Tournament!

AA is a crapshoot this year. Any of those eight teams could win this tournament. No one is head and shoulders above the rest. The first round will be interesting.

How long has Jones been out? What happened? I don't know much about Mitchell but I know that loosing your "best" guy is tough!

Channel 5 stated it was him in their sports highlights.??...Galilee you should know with your close ties to Mitchell.

I have seen Bolivar and Dyer County and both teams are very good. Bolivar's weakness is the outside shot, if they are hitting they play well and if not they don't. they always play defense so I believe they will compete against anybody and Rudesil has plenty of state tournament experience. Dyer Co only weakness is size. If they face some one who can face thier relentless pressure with size, they could be beaten, other than that they have no weakness. Livingston is also a very good team and beat Bolivar last summer in McNairy Central's team camp. They have a very good guard and a good coach. This is possibly the most wide open the tournament has ever been..

Beware of CPA, they have a great starting 5 and a good back up bend. Cannot wait to see CPA in the Boro. GO CPA LIONS

Livingston Academy - Several talented guards. Very deep bench.

i think cpa may make an early exit. Giles is big and athletic and played cpa tight so teams such as bolivar and dyers could cause problems. it all depends on the draw

Bolivar beat Livingston in the McNairy camp this summer but it was a close game.

I agree. Eight good teams. The team that plays their A game that day takes it.
