Dyersburg is gonna have Childress starting tonight but not sure about tomorrow.. How about CC, I'm sure they'll be starting Campbell or do u think their saving him for the home game?

 

 

Pitched him in the home game last week against Dyer Co. Didn't matter much, got shelled. I would think he will do the same this week.

 

CC needs to get bats going.

The Rebels beat Milan on Monday 5-4 in Troy. Neither team played particularly well although the Rebels looked better at the plate. They were still plagued by simple errors and have to make corrections there. Controversy seemed to be the order of the day concerning balk calls by the field umpire. At least the weather was good on The Hill in Troy! A district win for the Rebels, so we'll take it. The teams match up again today in Milan.

Dyersburg defeated CC last night. CC continues to make too many errors on D and silly offensive mistakes. Gonna be a long year if those are not corrected.

 

Play again tonight in Alamo. Here's hoping for a little warmer weather and a good game.

Milan finally played better baseball against Obion Co yesterday winning 7-1. They know better than to let a caliber team like the rebels slip in and take one in district play. Looks like it ll be between Dyersburg and DC for the top spots. 3rd is a toss up

Record is 0-4 in district and 3-7 overall.
