Central had an outstanding game friday night against the red raiders, but will they keep up the hard work?

 

Can they keep up the running game?

 

My opinion is that their running game is strong, but they need to mix up there runs and put a little more passing in the game?

 

Any other opinions??

there is certainly no let up in region 4-5A...

 

everyweek is a bruiser...

 

this will be a run...run...run...offensive game and run-stopping game

 

which D can hold up...turnovers...flipping the field with D and the kicking game...least mistakes...etc

 

blackman's track record is 50/50 ...depends on which blackman team shows up

BHS D must suffocate the WC run game and get pressure on the QB - he passed for over 100 yds against Siegel and Oakland each - could be effective against BHS mixing up the run and pass if we don't get pressure

 

Also, WC led Siegel 21-14 at the end of 3rd qtr, and took a 10-9 lead in the 4th against Oakland, so this will be a TOUGH opponent - but I believe we can win

 

We must be smart and aggressive on D and on O we must eliminate penalties and costly turnovers which we have not done yet - BUT WE CAN - this will probably be a game that requires us completing some passes to keep the defense honest

Not trying to nickpick, but Oakland NEVER trailed against WC. Passing for 100 yards isnt that much, especially given WC's talent on offense. Blackman will need to put it all together to win this one. WC's QB is one of the best dual threat qb's in this area. Your biggest mistake is to assume that by looking at their record, their not as good this year. WC may be the best team with 2 losses in the state

Oh no doubt. I think what suprised if WC's ability to run block. There were several times in passing situations where Stewart literally had all day to throw.
