Ya'll Hendersonville folk might wanna check the stats...I think ya'll will find out who is leading in the county special teams wise. Hard to make a return when the ball is going in the endzone.

who even cares about uniforms anyways.......when teams (metro schools) in the region cant go a game without an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty....as a fan you can gain respect for the teams you dont see pushing after the whistle constantly.......i was told when gallatin traveled to antioch to play last week a reciever from antioch was even talkin smack to the coaches before the game....come on now seriously...anyways i see gallatin taking on a tough hunters lane team this week..there record show them as perfect and they have played some good teams. I'm not so sure this is the region championship but I dont believe Hendersonville can hang with hunters lane...

Last time I checked it was more than just kickoffs to SPECIAL TEAMS. I say to all the Hendersonville Fans, lets just retreat back into our shells and let the Hunters Lane and Gallatin Fans keep bragging and boasting. Our team has showed it on the field week after week without all the hype. We know our team and soon they will too. Good luck to both Gallatin and Hunters lane this week and GO COMMANDOS.

If you are attending college now that you have graduated from high school, consider taking a course or two in sociology. You can learn the fundimential laws of social relations and behavior. Also, psychology which deals with individual human behavior. Both sciences will help give you insight and possibly a better understanding of why people and groups do what they do.

One of the Commando people said "best special teams since Wilhoit". Wilhoit was a kicker and punter..don't believe he made to many blocks, tackles or returns, so yeah it was referring to the kicking aspect. No bragging just look at the stats that was all I was saying. But I do think that ya'll do well to as you call it "retreat". Last year all the Hendersonville fans did was talk smack after week 3 about what ya'll were going to do to Gallatin and we all know how that turned out. Your time will come.

Wilhoit was a kicker and punter..don't believe he made to many blocks, tackles or returns, so yeah it was referring to the kicking aspect. This isn't last year, this is a new team with a different attitude towards playing football and it's showing. We'll talk about the Gallatin game when that game comes, for now we have Overton and ya'll have Hunter's Lane. You might just want to get to concentrating on that don't ya think?

 

And yeah, Wilhoit was a kicker, davidlee was saying that kicking and punting is only half of special teams. We just happen to have an amazing other half of special teams in the return and block game. Our kicking game isn't amazing by any means, and Gallatin's may be better, but give me a great punt returner over a great punter any day, just my philosophy though....

My point is that someone brought up last year's game like the same thing will happen this year. I was simply saying that this is a new Hendersonville team, as well as a new Gallatin team of course, so to assume the exact same thing will happen is pretty much retarded.
