I agree that Jobronski Gilbert is a man. He is very deserving of the award. The Overby kid does have really good stats. He will probably get a nomination. I don't think he deserves it over Gilbert, but I am a Milan fan so I guess I might be biased. I would like to give some credit to the Milan QB, Justin Coleman. His doesn't have Overby yardage numbers or TD's, but Milan is an always will be a run 1st team. USJ runs it maybe 4 or 5 times. Overby has way more chances to make plays. Make no mistake about it, he does make plays. The thing I like about Coleman is his completion percentage. I mean it is just sick. Here are his stats:

Pass attempts: 113, completions: 79, comp. pct: 70%, passing yards: 1359, yards per att: 12, TD's 15, int's: 2. He also has 219 yards rushing on 54 attempts. That is a 4.1 yard average. He also has 4 rushing touchdowns.

That might not be enough to put him past Gilbert and I couldn't argue, but those are pretty impressive.

Josh Carroll from Adamsville for 2A lineman! The young man as a sophomore led the state in tackles and made All-State!! This year through 8 games he has 135 tackles so far with 90 solo and 45 assists! He has 13 tackles for loss and is averaging 16.9 per game with 1 interception and 2 fumble recoveries! He has the mind of a coach on the field and is the captain and leader of the defense! He runs the lanes better than anyone I have ever seen and will flat out lay the wood! He exhibits all the attributes of a great linebacker/lineman! Stance, alignment, keying, responsibility, blow delivery, tackling, play coverage and pressuring the quarterback! He is especially good at keying by reading the quarterbacks eyes and movement on the snap of the ball. Can easily back into pass coverage playing into zone, fire zone or man coverage! Reminds me of the old type backer that wore the sweater, jockey pants and leather cap for a helmet! Would not surprise me to see his jersey retired along side his dads when he is done here at Adamsville! The great thing for us fans is we get to see him play here for another year! He has already proven his All-State status for this season and by the way, did I mention he is also an honor roll student!!!!

This is how you sell a player. I want him on my team right now. Sounds like a stud. How big is he?

Does anyboby have the stats on TYLER ROBINSON from Alcoa.Because I've seen film of him on a couple game's and he is a BEAST.At 6 foot 4 and 250 pound's he has the best hand's I've seen in a long time and can block to.And on defense he is one of the best i've seen play the game.So if anyone could let's us know his stats it would be appreciated.
