Now is your one and only chance to convince me, and several other voters who will be reading this, who the Mr. Football Lineman, Back, and Kicker should be:

As you may already know, the Mr. Football Awards are being sponsored by Nancy and Bud Adams through their donation from the Tennessee Titans Foundation. We appreciate their support, which helps make this event possible.

Forty-five outstanding individuals and their schools are to be recognized along with their parents and coaches at the prestigious Tennessee Titans Mr. Football Luncheon, scheduled Monday, December 1 for the first time at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Convention Center in Murfreesboro.

This group is to include three finalists for Mr. Football Lineman of the Year and three finalists for Mr. Football Back of the Year in each classification. There will be three finalists, regardless of classification, for the Mr. Football Kicker of the Year award. They are to be selected via a vote of football coaches and selected members of the media. The winners of the coveted award are to receive the distinguished Mr. Football trophy with the others finalists being presented plaques.

Each of the designated media outlets, of which you are one, is asked to submit the name of up to three players in each classification for the Mr. Football Lineman of the Year Award and the Mr. Football Back of the Year Award. You are also asked to submit three players, regardless of classification, for the Mr. Football Kicker of the Year award. It is not necessary to vote for three players in each category, but that is your option. If you feel an individual player is one of the top three players in both categories, then you may list him in both.

In order for your ballot to be counted, it must be received in our office via mail or fax (1-615-889-0544) no later than MONDAY, NOVEMBER 3. Please help honor Tennessee's finest by responding today.

I must return the ballot by November 3rd.

Negative remarks will do nothing to help your candidate!

Zach Rogers - David Lipscomb

Unbelievably fast athlete who can change any game at anytime. Plays both ways for the Mustangs. Has lead Lipscomb to an 8-0 record. These stats are through 8 games but he has played less than half the game in 5 of those.

Stats:

Rushing- 33 carries, 588 yds, 17.8 yds per carry, 8 TD

Receiving-11 rec, 250 yds, 4 TD

DeMarquis Payne as of last friday is now the county leader in scoring with 14 touchdowns and Tope with 13. One of his plays made number 1 play in the top 3 plays in the southeast. He's about sixth right now in rushing in sumner county but also is the starting corner for White House. And you cant leave out Hunter Poteete. great athlete

I DOUBT TOPE IS LEADING THE COUNTY IN SCORING BECAUSE DEMARCUS PAYNE FROM WHITE HOUSE HAS (12) TDS IN HIS LAST 4 GAMES . SO IF TOPE HAS 11 THEIRS NO WAY HE COULD BE LEADING. ALSO OUR PUNTER TROX GREENWADE AVERAGES CLOSE TO 40 OR OVER 40 ON HIS PUNTING. OUR KICKER MATTHEW GOSSETT HAS ALSO HAD A BIG YEAR. NOT SURE ON HIS STATS BUT THEY HAVE BEEN GOOD.

WHITE HOUSE HAS SO MANY DIFFERNT WEAPONS SO IM NOT SURE IF ANY WILL BE UP FOR MR FOOTBALL BACK . BUT ON THE LINE BLAINE BOONE WILL PROBALY BE A CANDIDATE . ILL BE SURPRISED IF HE'S NOT UP FOR IT.

Kicker-Evan Sanders (Senior, Knox Catholic) averages 44.0 yards a punt on 15 punts (I think this is the best average in the state so far), 2/3 field goals, 18 kickoffs for touchbacks (65.8 yards per kickoff). Also was TFCA all-state last year as a junior.

JEFFERSON/ENSWORTH IS NOT IN 3A.
