Region games moved from ND to Camp Jordan.

I agree. It is just a given that if a game is moved off campus you lose much of the student fans and that is unfortunate. But we gain playing on a top notch field with stadium seating so that is a plus. Outside of Baylor and maybe GPS...the Camp Jordan facility is the best.

I am like you at least we don't have to hear anymore this year about our "pathetic field" as CCS's coach said. I just wish it was not true. Go Irish.

Other than loosing some of the student support (which is VERY valuable and one of the reasons my daughter likes playing HS ball so much), I'm kind of glad. I was at the Football game, and I thought about how rough the field was going to be unless they rolled it or something.

Another plus is that nobody else get's to be bi#ch or moan about ND's lousy field again this season....

Sounds like a great atmosphere at Camp Jordan....very nice soccer stadium. DonCChatt....what is the injury status for ND and CCS. All healthy or any starters out. This time of year can take it't toll.

ND did bring their announcer to the game, and a parent had a small system for the pre-game music, so it was almost like being at home. COLD, COLD, COLD.

Boyd played a good game, and kept ND much closer than last year (was 12-2 last year).

Next up is CCS vs. ND at Camp Jordan on Thurday @ 7:00 pm

I just stated the D-3 going on this weekend, because, in case of bad weather and the condition that the field would be in for this weekend. I know the ER fields were a little soft this weekend for their year end rec tuornament.

Chattanooga had over an inch of rain on Friday. There was not a field in the area that was not soft. But we played the year end rec tournament of over 500 kids and did no damage to any of the fields at Camp Jordan. The fields are managed very well.

Wayne and crew over there do a nice job. Worked several baseball tournaments with them.
