Predictions for 12 A and 11 A

keep your eye on wc fresh. k. risner s'town may have best group of fresh. but risner may be the best fresh. in 12a by seasons end. no one handled her in middle school last year including summertown.

Looks like we get a little taste of how 11A vs. 12A will match up early. Cornersville host Perry Co on the 18th and Collinwood on the 25th. Cornersville's point guards are recovering from injuries and will not be 100%, but they will still be a worthy early season opponent.

CA lost it's top point guard to a winter soccer travel team. She was super quick (Lauren Lomax). I think you'll see CA play with several freshman this year. I think Coach Helton is trying to season this group for not only this year, but the next several. They have a play day on the 22nd at Culleoka. It should be fun to watch this talent grow, since there are several freshman that show they have talent. They'll just need to grow some fangs as the season progresses. : /hungry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":hungry:" border="0" alt="hungry.gif" /> That is with the talented teams in this district.

Looks like a great start for Wayne County (5-1) as they have beaten two really good teams; Cornersville and Lewis County. Wayne County might have the best freshman in the district (Kelsey Risner) and the most physical player in the district (Jessica Hammonds) so look out for Wayne County to make a run for district 12A champs. It does not hurt when you have Coach Byrd and the tradition on your side as well.

Well, if we want to know anyting about 11A and 12A, the fans there certainly know their Districts and the Analysis by Pointguard12 is one of the finest looks of an A District I have seen. The poster certainly knows the area.

Don't know about 11A, but after the first few weeks in 12A I'd change some around.
