I say GQ and his boys will keep the streak alive for another week. The target just keeps getting bigger and bigger on them every week. I look for them to stay alive and get to play the winner of the Powell/Rhea game, whom I hope is Rhea.

As I heard Morristown West Coach Don Woods say many times "Your most important game is always next". South fans need to realize that they haven't locked up a match with Maryville yet. Right now Maryville is worried about Knox West and that's all they should be worried about.

I absolutely loved what fbemeritus said ( I think it was FBemeritus)... "Should Maryville be fortunate enough to beat West...". That shows you the class and the mindset that the Maryville team has. They understand that each win is not guaranteed and focus 100% on their next opponent, whether it be Bearden Middle or the NFL All Stars.

If RHEA CO has a defense then they can win it but if they don't it will be a long night for them. Based on the score of the RHEA CO - CLEVELAND game my guess is PO-WELL 49 RHEA CO 31

Two good offenses. Powell can't play defense. The Southerners could score on them (well maybe not). If Powell can't somehow stop Rhea County, they'll be in for a long night.

I have a feeling that Maryville will start out in a tough game but by the end of the night the will have poured in on West.
