just guessing but I would say they'd almost be obligated to because they

have experienced players returning at every position except guard

it wouldnt make a lot of sense to sit somebody who played 11 games at

a position just so somebody else can go both ways? they will have a

couple of new starters at the guard positions but unless something has

changed drastically thats about it. The top two rbs will be different but

due to injuries the "new" ones will have plenty of totes from last year.

As a group I would say their rbs will be the best in a long, long time...I know

with Zack Evans, Jacob Ritter, and Tanner Sanderson they got at least

three who can go the distance on any snap and Im serious when I say that

Qb Max Risner is a very good runner in his own right

Because most everybody has plenty of snaps under their belt I expect them

to be up and running close to full speed from game one as opposed to struggling

while new guys get broke in. The backs are REAL quick and Kaleb Clark

is a big time outside threat at receiver. Hes the same guy who caught a

bunch of passes against waynesboro last year (including some big ones that

got called back) They also got experienced qbs with big arms to get him

the ball out there. Clark is a real bad dude

I look for the Wood to put up a ton of points this year...lots of tds and big plays

hopefully they wont have the injury bug as bad as last year

Davidson Academy in week 4? Welcome us to Trojan Country

Sounds like it will be a good game.

I think the Trojans are going back to guys playing both sides of the ball this season. They will have plenty of backs with maybe 4 lined up in the backfield and making the defense wonder which one is getting the ball. Also with Clark at reciever, he is a threat and when he is double teamed someone else may step up and surprise everyone. Should be a good year for the Trojans.

that would be the smartest decision. theres not many teams that can run a completely differnt offense from defense and still be very good...collinwood wasnt one of them.

    • It is what it is. Sorry DFL.
    • One of the biggest loosing teams in Mid-State are the Macon County Tigerettes. I have noticed that the roster is smaller than in the years past. All the senior's have quit. We have a great group of Jr High players coming up. I sure hope they don't loose them, like they have lost so many others this year. With this young group of girls coming up, a weaker district, they should have no problem going to State.
    • It was updated this season, because I did it.  Linder is the school's all-time leading rusher at 5,156 yards with 2,436 of those coming in 2014.
    • Oh, I’m sure you did. Maybe you heard just a rumor, but considering we have a football practice field and a soccer field that’s frequently used for lacrosse games and practices, I highly doubt it. Let me change that. I know for a fact that didn’t happen.   Glad you finally stopped attacking a bunch of high school students, but still obsessed with the coaching staff for some unknown reason, even though you could name more than three (at most) coaches without looking it up. But now come up with something else.
    • You really mean the Price twin boys and Lyin Larry.
