I am curious who everyone, especially GOMAB, thinks would be the TN All-State teams for each division of A, AA, & AAA. Please give the top ten in each division you think will end up at the end of the season.

Dane Bradshaw from White Station should definitely be on that list. The man is going to UT. Josh Peppers from Whitehaven is really good too.

Hello....This is an opinionated thread. If you believe someone should be on your list SLS, then make one and let us know who you think should make the All-State teams by the end of the year. There's no wrong or right on this thread. I'll give mine later. I just wanted to see if I missed anyone, and probably will, before I give my assessment.

It's true, though. Sommerset has all the physical ability in the world, but he's not that good a basketball player. Even if he was in AA, he wouldn't be top-8 in the state. He just doesn't know how to play the game enough to be that good yet...if he ends up with a good college coach, he could be pretty good, but he's just not that good now. He's not even the best player on his team.

It may be harsh but like Opperman said, it's the truth. He's a great athlete but does nothing with it. He's 6'8" with some guard skills but does nothing with his ability. He has all the tools to be the best player in the city but isn't even top 10 IMO. It makes me mad that guys like him and Courtney Bohannan, the top rated big guys in the city, get more pub than Ben and they don't do half of what Ben does. He's a waste of a 6'8" frame. His biggest mistake was NOT going to Bartlett.

I agree with Corey Brewer, but Portland is AA in basketball.

His teammate John Ferguson will in the running as well.

What about Josh Stevens with Lipscomb?

 

I also noticed very few middle Tennessee players on this list???????
