I'm guessing Carkuff from Cascade, Tummins from McEwen, LK from Jo Byrns, #5 from Jo Byrns.

Who else is worthy? I only named the obvious possibilities from Region 5. Call out the best of your region and add to mine from Region 5 if you think I missed some.

Those are worthy picks but I doubt all get in. #58 for JB may get in at O or D-line & #83 for JB may be considered @ CB (10 picks). All the Mr. Football candidates will be considered as well.

I feel pretty confident Carkuff and Tummins will get it with them being seniors and having spectacular seasons. I say Dylan Flemming is very deserving also. He had a heck of a season as well. LK being hurt during the season may effect his chances along with being a junior.

That's kind of what I was thinking. Region 5 QB's tend to get snubbed though so don't be surprised.

Those would be great picks too! Matthew Bohler (#58) for JB had 61 tackles (through 10 games) at DT for JB last year as a junior. I'm pretty sure he had more tackles this year but I don't have his stats.

MATT IN MY OPINION DESERVES TO BE-ALL-STATE. I AM NOT SURE OF HIS STATS, BUT PART OF A DT'S JOB IS PROTECT HIS AREA AND KEEP LINEMEN OFF LB'S. I BELIEVE HE DID THE JOB TO WARRANT ALL-STATE RECOGNITION. IF HE WANTS TO PLAY ON THE NEXT LEVEL I BELIEVE HE CAN PLAY D-2, NAIA, AND D-3. THE PROBLEM HE WILL HAVE PLAYING IN D-1AA IS COMING FROM A SMALL SCHOOL. I DO FEEL HE HAS THE ABILITY TO PLAY AT THAT LEVEL JUST WILL A 1-AA PROGRAM GIVE HIM AN OPPORTUNITY. MATT IS ONE OF THE MOST PHYSICALLY TALENTED BIG MEN I CAN REMEMBER AT JBS. (WORD TO MATT GET A COUPLE OF GOOD GAME FILMS PUT THEM ON DVD AND MAIL THEM OUT TO SCHOOLS. RESEARCH THERE ARE SOME REALLY GOOD PROGRAMS ON A SMALL COLLEGE LEVEL--LAMBUTH WHO MADE THE NAIA PLAYOFFS AND ARE GOING D-2 IN A YEAR OR SO. UNIVERSITY OF THE CUMBERLANDS IN KENTUCKY, CARSON-NEWMAN AND OTHERS THAT ARE PRETTY CLOSE TO HOME. SEND OUT 10 OR MORE DVD'S AND TRY A 1-AA SCHOOL SCHOOL---FROM WHAT I HERE MURRAY STATE IS ON THE UP SWING--BUT RESEARCH I COULD BE WRONG. IF YOU LOOK ACROSS TENNESSSEE AND KENTUCKY I BET THEIR ARE 20 PLUS COLLEGES THAT PLAY FOOTBALL. BY THE WAY LAST YEAR I WAS DOWN ON RECRUITING ORGANIZATIONS--I WAS WRONG THEY CAN HELP GET INFORMATION OUT ON YOU. IF YOU START GETTING E-MAILS AND PHONE CALLS FROM COACHES THEY DO HAVE SOME INTEREST IN YOU.

    • Great to meet you too.  We're going to work hard to get back.
    • I extend my gratitude to ManCoverage for initiating this discussion thread tailored to the residents of Trousdale County. In times of adversity within our football team, it is imperative to have an outlet for expression, and what better platform than CoachT's Craigslist forum? I respectfully request that GOAT exercise discretion in his commentary, as his remarks have caused me personal distress.
    • I am inclined to wager a substantial portion of my financial assets on the likelihood that Waggoner shall transition to an alternative coaching vocation prior to the year 2028. It is my contention that discerning individuals are beginning to perceive his coaching prowess as lacking in the requisite excellence. Allow me to articulate the following assertion: Waggoner represents a markedly superior choice compared to the individual who perpetrated the act of fuel theft.   This individual exhibits a conspicuous propensity for frequent professional transitions, a trait which undermines his credibility and renders him an untenable choice for serious consideration. It is indeed confounding that his candidacy continues to garner attention and support.
    • Yeah same   It’s definitely true that tough times make tough kids, but some kids just have a big passion for the game and will become the best of the best no matter where they come from.
