Just to throw another name in the pot, I think Marcus Bragg would make a great pick. Bragg is the assistant head coach/ offensive coordinator at Austin East. He's had 6 years experience coaching at ETSU, Morristown West, Carson Newman, and now Austin East. His family is from Sweetwater. In his coaching career, Bragg coordnated offenses that beat teams like Maryville(2003), Fulton, Morristown East, Brainerd, Anderson Co. to name a few. He's got the coaching experience, but is also young enough to relate to the kids. Look at all of those athletes that Sweetwater has. As a coach, you have to know how to manage them differently than you do a team who has no talent. Sweetwater also needs a coach who can keep the athletes coming to sweetwater instead of Maryville and Alcoa. I don't know how the interview process is going, but I think Sweetwater would be foolish not to at least sit down with him.
